游客管理是旅游目的地和景区管理的关键环节，对推动生态旅游资源的保护与可持续发展具有重要意义，通过对国外生态旅游游客管理研究情况进行分析。本研究运用CiteSpace软件，对Web of Science数据库中近30 年收录的有关生态旅游游客管理方面的文献，进行关键词聚类和时间线视图分析国外生态旅游游客管理研究热点。结果表明:游客教育研究热点利用教育和宣传等手段，实现旅游目的地的可持续发展;游客行为约束通过游客指南、科普视频和语音解说等手段提升游客的环保意识，约束游客行为;游客安全管理利用解说牌和导游讲解等方式向游客传播安全知识，实现游客安全管理;游客对目的地管理的反馈是当前研究的热点，主要集中在评估游客满意度、环境保护措施、当地文化保护、参与度以及教育和信息传达等方面。据此，提出应该重视实施游客教育、加强游客行为管理、重视游客体验反馈等建议。
Analysis of Hotspots in Foreign Ecotourism Tourist Management Research Based on Bibliometrics
Tourist management is a critical link in the management of tourist destinations and scenic spots,which is significant in promoting the protection and sustainable development of ecotourism resources.This article aims to provide reference and reference for future research by analyzing the research situation of foreign ecotourism tourist management.This study used CiteSpace software to perform keyword clustering and timeline visualization a-nalysis on literature to ecotourism visitor management collected in the Web of Science database over the past 30 years.It summarized the research hotspots of ecotourism visitor management in foreign countries.The research re-sults indicate that tourist education research hotspots utilize education and publicity methods to achieve sustainable development of tourist destinations;tourist behavior constraints enhance tourists'environmental awareness and con-strain their behavior through means such as tourist guides,science popularization videos,and voice explanations;tourist safety management utilizes methods such as explanation boards and tour guides to disseminate safety knowl-edge to tourists,to achieve tourist safety management;the feedback of tourists on destination management is a hot topic in current research,mainly focusing on evaluating tourist satisfaction,environmental protection measures,lo-cal cultural protection,participation,education,and information dissemination.Based on this,it is proposed that the research should focus on implementing tourist education,strengthening tourist behavior management,and em-phasizing feedback on tourist experiences.
