G6PD在雌性牦牛不同繁殖周期主要生殖器官中的表达

旨在探究G6PD在牦牛不同繁殖周期主要生殖器官中的表达情况,为进一步了解G6PD在牦牛生殖过程中发挥的作用提供理论依据。以卵泡期、黄体期和妊娠期的牦牛卵巢、输卵管和子宫为研究目标,使用PCR和实时荧光定量PCR(Quantitative real-time PCR,qRT-PCR)法检测G6PD基因在雌性牦牛主要生殖器官中的表达情况;通过蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blotting,WB)检测G6PD蛋白在牦牛主要生殖器官中的表达情况。结果显示,G6PD在牦牛各主要生殖器官中均有表达,在卵巢中黄体期的表达显著高于卵泡期(P<0。05);输卵管妊娠期的表达显著高于黄体期和卵泡期(P<0。05);子宫妊娠期表达高于卵泡期和黄体期。结果表明,G6PD在不同繁殖周期牦牛的主要生殖器官中起着重要作用,为未来研究G6PD在哺乳动物繁育过程中的作用机制提供了线索。
Study on the expression of G6PD in the major reproductive organs of female yaks during different reproductive cycles
The object of the study was to explore the expression of G6PD in the main reproductive organs of yaks in different re-productive cycles,and to provide a theoretical basis for further understanding the role played by G6PD in the reproductive process of yaks.The relative expression of the G6PD gene in the ovary,fallopian tube and uterus of yak during follicular,luteal and pregnancy was detected by PCR and qRT-PCR;the relative expression of G6PD protein in the ovary,fallopian tube and ute-rus was detected by Western blotting(WB).The results showed that the G6PD was expressed in all major reproductive organs of yaks,and the expression on the ovary in the luteal phase was significantly higher than that in the follicular phase(P<0.05);G6PD in the fallopian tube in pregnancy was considerably higher than that in the luteal phase and follicular phase(P<0.05),and in the uterus during pregnancy was higher than that in the follicular phase and luteal phase.The results indicated that G6PD played an important role in the main reproductive organs of yaks in different reproductive cycles,and provided refer-ence materials for further research on the mechanism of G6PD in mammalian reproduction.
