Research on user demand classification model of fresh food e-commerce based on Kano model
Online reviews play an important role in user research especially in terms of demand mining and user clustering.The LDA was used to analyze the online reviews from fresh food e-commerce consumers,and four categories of user needs that in-cluded thirteen demand elements were obtained.Based on Kano model,a questionnaire concerning the thirteen demand elements was designed and the analysis of the questionnaire showed the correlation between the demand elements and user satisfaction.Then,the ASC coefficient was used to prioritize the demand elements in the same category.The result showed that among all the demand elements,taste and quality were the most sensitive to user satisfaction,and delivery speed and price were the least sen-sitive.The results of the demand element ranking could provide reference which can contribute to more effective improvement of user satisfaction.
