青藏高原中部不同研究地和坡位下植被对高原鼠兔分布的影响

植被对高原鼠兔分布影响的研究结果存在不确定性,为了厘清植被对高原鼠兔分布的影响,通过样线法和样方法对热龙乡、日多乡、羊卓雍措、岗巴拉山及不同坡位的鼠兔洞穴数、植物物种数及植被盖度进行记录.结果显示:总体来看,植被因子对高原鼠兔分布均没有显著影响,但对各研究地及坡位分别进行分析时,热龙地区植被盖度与鼠兔洞穴数之间存在显著负相关关系,植物物种数与鼠兔洞穴数在山脚处存在显著正相关关系;植物物种数在研究地间存在显著性差异;植被盖度和鼠兔洞穴数在坡位间存在显著差异.结果表明:植被对高原鼠兔分布影响的研究结果会因样本量、研究地和坡位的不同而产生差异.
Effects of vegetation on the distribution of Ochotona curzoniae in the central Qinghai-Tibet Plateau under different study sites and slope locations
There were uncertainties in the research results concerning the effects of vegetation on the distribution of Ochotona curzoniae.In order to clarify the effect of vegetation on the distribution of Ochotona curzoniae,the number of burrows,plant spe-cies and vegetation coverage were recorded by means of line transmutation and sample method in Mountains Relong,Yanghu,Ri-do,and Gangbala,and different slope locations.In general,vegetation factors had no significant effect on the distribution of Ochotona curzoniae.However,there was a significant negative correlation between vegetation coverage and the number of Ochotona curzoniae burrows in the Relong area,and a significant positive correlation between the number of plant species and the number of Ochotona curzoniae burrows at the foot of the mountains.There were significant differences in the number of plant species among the study sites.Vegetation coverage and burrow number of Ochotona curzoniae were significantly different among slope sites.The results showed that the effects of vegetation on Ochotona curzoniae were different depending on the sample size,study site and slope location.
