Discussion on the medication rule of National Medicine Master Huang Jinming in the treatment of infertility based on data mining
National Medicine Master Huang Jinming has rich experience in treating infertility.From the literature and medical records,60 prescriptions for treating infertility by National Medicine Master Huang Jinming were selected,and the database of prescriptions for the treatment of infertility by National Medicine Master Huang Jinming was constructed.SPSS software was used to perform frequency analysis,cluster analysis,complex network analysis,and association rule analysis on the prescription infor-mation.The frequency,flavor,efficacy range,and common drug combinations of the commonly used drugs for the treatment of in-fertility were counted,and the medication rules of the Master for the treatment of infertility were summarized.Huang believes that the occurrence of infertility is due to the dysfunction of the road,the blockage of the road by poisons or the blood stasis of the road,which leads to the blood stasis and dysfunction of the micrangium(uterus),so the prescription and medication are mostly based on the three pathways and two pathways to restore the road function.For the road dysfunction,the sweet and mild qi-regulating pathway drugs and deficiency tonifying pathway drugs are used;For the blockage of the road by poison and evil,the spicy and warm or bitter and cold qi-regulating pathway drugs and detoxification pathway drugs are used;However,for the road blood stasis,the spicy and warm heat blood-stasis removing pathway drugs are used;The most frequently used drugs are Angeli-ca sinensis,Semen Cuscutae,Fructus Lycii,Fructus psoraleae,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata and other 20 kinds of drugs.The core drug combination is Semen Cuscutae-Fructus Lycii.The commonly used drug combinations include Fructus Lycii→Semen Cuscutae,Morinda officinalis → Herba Epimedii-Semen Cuscutae,Fructus Lycii → Morinda officinalis-Herba Epimedii-Semen Cuscutae,etc.It is the main drug and drug combination of Huang's Zhuang medicine's empirical prescriptions,such as Huang's Zhuang medicine nourishing water channel nourishing Yin liquid decoction,Huang's Zhuang medicine warming and nourishing water channel to tonifying yang decoction,Huang's Zhuang medicine nourishing grain channel and strengthening spleen decoc-tion,Huang's Zhuang medicine qi-regulating and detoxification decoction,Huang's Zhuang medicine blood-stasis removing and regulating menstruation decoction,which can be used flexibly according to the dialectics,in order to provide guidance and refer-ence for the clinical medication and scientific research of Zhuang medicine for infertility treatment.
