Current Statues of Morels Resources and Sustainable Development Strategies
With the reduction of common morel source area and the people consumption level enhancement, the demands of common morel products surpassed the supply in the past 10 years, which caused the sharp growth of forest morel commercial harvest in the west China. This paper briefly reviewed the history,classification, ecology and current research of morels in China. and provided the reasonable reference for the effective protection and sustainable utilization of the resources of morels in China.
