基因型与环境效应对青稞淀粉含量的影响

选取分别来自青海西宁、西藏拉萨、云南香格里拉、甘肃合作和四川马尔康5个地区进行种植的昆仑12号、藏青25、阿青6号、甘青5号和康青7号5个品种作为试验材料,对不同品种在不同环境效应下的淀粉含量变化进行了分析.青稞籽粒淀粉含量同时受基因型和环境效应的影响,是基因型和环境效应互作的结果.不同品种在甘肃合作种植时青稞淀粉含量较其它地区高,阿青6号淀粉含量(77.01%)在参试的5个青稞品种中最高.
Influence of Genotype and Environment on Starch Content of Hulless Barley
Hulless barley was the typical crop in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. In order to understand the effect of genotype. environment and their interactive efFects on starch content of hulless barley, five hulless harley cultivars. Kunlun 12 , Zangqing 25 , Aqing 6 , Ganqing 5 and Kangqing 7 from Xining, Lhasa , Shangri-La. Hezuo and Maerkang were selected , respectively. The influence of genotype , environment and their interactive effects on atarch content were snalyzcd. The results showed that both genotype and environment influenced starch content together. Average starch content of cultivars from Hezuo was the highest among all selected cultivars , whereaa the starch content of Aqing 6 was the highest.
