不同海拔梯度菊芋碳水化合物代谢研究

试验以“青芋2号”、“青芋3号”菊芋为材料,设置4个不同的海拔梯度,研究不同海拔梯度下菊芋各器官的碳水化合物代谢差异.结果表明,随着海拔高度的增加,菊芋叶、茎、块茎中果聚糖总含量均呈下降趋势,可溶性总糖总体降低,蔗糖含量在叶中呈上升趋势,茎中先降后升,块茎中总体呈现下降趋势,还原糖含量在叶中随海拔的升高呈现下降趋势,在海拔2600 m以下,茎中还原糖随海拔的增加而逐渐降低,块茎还原糖含量保持稳定,在2900m的高海拔地区,菊芋块茎还原糖含量迅速增加.
Study on Carbohydrates Metabolism of Jerusalem artichoke in Different Altitude
Jerusalem artichoke (Qingyu 2 and Qingyu 3) were used to study the carbohydrates metabolism through assigning four altitude. The investigation indicated that general fructan and soluble sugar decreased in every organ, sucrose increased in leaves,descend firstly then ascend in stem, sucrose in tuber and reducing sugar content in leaves presented downtrend with raising elevation, the reducing sugar in stem decreased gradually and the reducing sugar in tuber remained steady with the increasing of the height below 2600 m,the reducing sugar increased rapidly in the areas with altitudes 2900 m.
