对宁杞1号、宁杞3号、白花3个宁夏枸杞品种自花及异花授粉后花粉管行为进行了荧光显微观察.结果表明,自花授粉宁杞1号及杂交组合在12-24 h花粉管均可进入子房中并在48 h内到达胚珠完成受精,自花授粉宁杞3号和白花花粉的柱头萌发时间较自交亲和的宁杞1号延后,在花柱中生长速度及停止生长的位置不同,白花自花授粉后花粉管在花柱中生长慢,在花柱基部即不再生长,宁杞3号自花授粉后花粉管在花柱中生长快且花粉管生长进入子房,异花授粉后在相同时间花粉管生长较自交亲和的宁杞1号自花授粉后生长快,这与田间授粉坐果率的高低基本一致.
Study on Characteristics of in Situ Pollen Germination and Tube Growth of Lycium barbarum L.
The self-and cross-pollination behavoirs of 3 Lycium barbaum Ningqi1, Ningqi3, Baihua were observed by fluorescence microscopy. The results showed that the pollen tube of self- pollination Ningqil and cross-pollination combination could enter the germen from 12 to 24 h and integrate with the ovule, and achieve fecundation in 48 h. The germination time of self-pollination Ningqi3 and Baihua was longer than that of self-pollination Ningqi1, and its growth speed and stop position of pollen tube in style were different. The pollen tubes of Baihua grew slowly and stoped in stylar basal,but the pollen tube growth of Ningqi3 grew quickly and entered the germen. The pollen tube growth of cross-pollination combination was quicker than that of self-pollination Ningqi1, which was consistent with the investigation in field.
