In this paper, the effects of the different organic fertilizers on the production, quality and overall efficiency of the new varieties of Yunyan97' 8 tobacco leaf were analyzed by the field contrast test. The results showed that the growth potential of tobacco plants effectively enhanced, the production of tobacco leaf increased, and the overall efficiency of flue-cured tobacco increased along with the application of organic fertilizer . The treatment of ZY + SL was the best compared with the treatment of CK. The production increased by 356.32 kg/hm2 and the increase rate was 21.99 % , the output value raised 4799.89 yuan per hectare and the added value was 24.66 % with the treatment of ZY + SL. It indicated that the application of the ZY + SL treatment in tobacco-growing areas in Guangyuan was the best treatment for the o-verall efficiency of Yunyan97.
