袋料香菇菌株ITS及β-tubulin序列分析

以香菇栽培袋分离菌株为研究材料,以香菇931-9为对照菌株,采用ITS及β-tubulin序列分析方法对研究材料进行鉴定.结果表明,香菇栽培袋是2种香菇菌株菌丝的混杂,与对照菌株931-9不是同一个菌株,证实青川县香菇栽培袋分离菌株与对照菌株931-9不是同一菌株.
Identification of Isolates from Lentinus edodes Cultivated Bags with ITS and β-tubulin Sequences
Isolates from Lentinus edodes cultivated bags were studied, taken Lentinus edodes 931-9 as a control. And phylogenen'c analysis based on ITS and β-tubulin sequences was employed in identification of this isolate. Results showed that there was two genetically different strains in Lentinus edodes cultivated bags which were different from Lentinus edodes 931-9. This proved that the isolates of Lentinus edodes cultivated bags were different from Lentinus edodes 931-9.
