Study on Morphological Variation of Apical Pinnule of 6 Angiopteris Species from Yunnan
The 5 morphological characters of apical pinnule of 6 Angiopteris species from Yunnan were investigated.The results showed that apical pinnule morphology of 6 species diversified and differed apparently; A.esculenta varied mostly in length (c.v.％ =27.10) ; A.helferiara varied least in length (c.v.％ =17.95) ; A.yunnanensis varied mostly in width (c.v.％ =32.82) ; A.helferiana varied least in width (c.v.％ =20.73) ; variation on length to width were somewhat stable, its total c.v.％ was 22.29.All of the above indicated that morphology of apical pinnule varied a lot.This study could add basic data to the classification of Angiopteris.
