低温胁迫对不同抗寒性甘蔗品种节间几种酶活性的影响

Effect of Low Temperature Stress on Enzyme Activities of Sugarcane Internode

选用耐冷型品种桂糖28号(GT28)和冷敏感型品种新台糖22号(ROC22)为材料,利用人工气候模拟低温逆境,研究了低温胁迫对甘蔗节间可溶性蛋白质含量(SP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和Mg2+-ATP酶活性的影响.结果显示:低温胁迫条件下,两个甘蔗品种的节间可溶性蛋白质含量先升高后下降;低温与正常条件下相比,SOD和POD活性均上升,且GT28活性要显著高于ROC22,随着胁迫时间的延长,酶活性持续下降;而Mg2+-ATP酶活性逐渐下降,GT28能保持比ROC22更高水平的ATP酶活性.低温逆境下GT28保持较高酶活性,可能是其抗寒力强的原因之一.
The plants of two sugarcane varieties GT28(cold resistant)and ROC22(cold susceptible)were studied by means of artificial temperature-controlled phytotron,and the changes of soluble protein content,SOD activity,POD activity,and Mg2 +-ATPase activity were investigated under low temperature in sugarcane Internodes.The results showed that under low temperature stress,the soluble protein content in internode of the two sugarcane varieties first increased and then decreased.The SOD and POD activities both increased compared with the normal conditions,and the activities of GT28 were significantly higher than those of ROC22.The two enzyme activities persistently decreased with the increasing stress time.However,the activity of Mg2 +-ATPase gradually declined,and GT28 kept a higher level of ATPase activity than ROC22.Sugarcane varieties GT28 maintained high enzyme activities under low temperature st~ss,which might be one of the reasons for its strong cold resistance.
