番茄黄化曲叶病毒抗病基因的分子鉴定与分析

本研究对来自10个国家,国内27家单位抗黄化曲叶病毒病的239个番茄品种进行抗病基因的分子鉴定并分析,结果表明:Ty-1和Ty-3a是当前番茄抗黄化曲叶病毒病育种中利用的主要基因,携带复合基因的杂种也主要是这两对基因的利用.
Molecular Identification and Analysis of Resistant Gene to Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus
In this paper,239 resistant tomato varieties from ten countries and twenty-seven domestic scientific research institutes and enterprises were collected,and their resistance genes to tomato yellow leaf cud virus were indentified and analyzed by PCR method.The results showed that Ty-1 and Ty-3a resistance genes were now mainly used in the breeding of tomato,which were also mostly used in tomato hybrid with multiple resistance genes to tomato yellow leaf curl virus.
