固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法测定烟草中异丙甲草胺、仲丁灵、氟节胺、敌草胺的残留量

建立了固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法同时测定烟草中敢草胺、乙丙甲草胺、仲丁灵、氟节胺4种农药残留量的方法.试样经乙腈提取后,采用石墨炭黑-氨基固相萃取小桂净化,然后用GC/MS-SIM法对4种农药进行定量分析.结果表明,采用石墨炭黑-氨基固相萃取小柱净化,能有效去除烟草样品中的色素、油脂等杂质,净化后得到的样液清亮、透明.4种农药在0.025 ~0.5mg/kg添加水平下的回收率为81.8%~108%,相对标准偏差为1.38%~8.95%,乙丙甲草胺、仲丁灵、氟节胺的检出限为0.005mg/kg,敌草胺检出限为0.01 mg/kg.
The method for determination of napropamide,metolachlor,butrlin and trifluralin in tobacco was developed.The sample was extracted by acetonitrile,purified with Carb-NH2 solid phase extraction,and quantified the 4 pesticides by GC/MS-SIM.The results showed that it could remove the impurities of pigment,lipin in tobacco using Carb-NH2 solid phase extraction.The sample liquid after purified was clear and translucent.Under these conditions,the average recoveries of 4 pesticides ranged from 81.8 % to 108 % at spiked level of 0.025 -0.5 mg/kg,and the relative standard deviations were 1.38 %-8.95 %.The detection limit of 4 pesticides ranged from 0.005 to 0.01 mg/kg.
