16SrDNA方法对新鲜番茄中细菌分布的调查

采用16SrDNA分子检测方法对番茄中细菌分布进行调查研究,寻找可能存在于番茄中的危害因子.结果表明,5个属的细菌分别是克雷伯菌属,假单胞菌属,泛菌属、肠杆菌属和欧文菌属,其中多数为软腐类细菌,该菌类对番茄本身造成腐烂,同时软腐细菌与人病原菌也存在协同作用.建议加强相关领域的研究并制定控制办法.
Investigation of Bacteria Distribution in Fresh Tomatoes with 16SrDNA Methods
In this paper,16SrDNA molecular detection method was used,and the distributions offive bacteria genera bom fresh tomatoes were aralyzed to find out the hanful factors in tomatoes.The result showed that the detected bacteria belonged to Klehsidla,Pseudomonas,Pantoea,gnterobater and Erwinia,respectively,in which most of them were rot bacteria which led to the soft rot of fresh tomatoes as well as the interactions between soft-rot and human pathogens would act,so the research in related fields should be strengthened.
