Cellulaseactivities of Fungi in Forest Soil under Different Pinusmassoniana Lamb Stands in Jinyun Mountain
In order to detect and analyze the number of cellulose degradation fungi and its celluase activities,6 sample plots were set in masson pine forest according to both altitude and slope aspect in Jinyun Mountain in Chongqing. Results showed that number of cellulose degradation fungi and its celluase activities were affected significantly by the factor altitude;the factor slope aspect also influenced the activities of CMCase and FPA while it did not have the same effect on the number of cellulose degradation fungi. The higher the altitude of the sample plot was in,the more fungi it had,and the number of fungi in the lowest altitude was 38 times and 8.6 times than those of fungi in the highest altitude and the middle altitude, respectively. The highest activity of both CMCase and FPA appeared in the middle altitude and sunny slope. The highest activities of FPA from 6 sample plots were all discovered in the sixth day during the culture process, while those of CMCase did not come out in the same day, some in the fifth day, some in the sixth day, others may be in the seventh day, varied with different altitudes and slope aspects.
