不同生长调节剂对环塔里木盆地红枣光合特性的影响

Effect of Plant Growth Regulators on Photosynthetic Characters of Jujube around Tarim Basin

通过大田试验探索了不同植物生长调节剂处理下红枣叶片光合特性的生育期变化.结果表明,随着生育期的推进,红枣叶片净光合速率随之降低;高浓度赤霉素处理会抑制红枣的光合作用,T6处理(5 mg/L 5-ALA+2 mg/L Na2SO4+10 mg/L GA3+15 mg/L CPPU)和T1处理(20 mg/L 5-ALA +2 mg/L Na2SO4)在提高枣树叶片净光合速率、防止水分因蒸膀而过量散失、调节气孔导度、降低气孔限制值方面具有显著效果;在红枣生长后期,利用5-ALA和CPPU的优势缓冲过量赤霉素对红枣生长的不利作用,具有现实的可行性意义.
Through the field experiment,we explored the dynamics of photosynthetic characteristics of jujube leaf in different growth period under the seven treatments of plant growth regulator.The rescearch results showed that net photosynthetic rate of red jujube leaf was decreasing with the development of growth period.High concentrations of gibberellin could inhibit the photosynthesis of red jujube.However,the first treatment (20 mg/L 5-ALA + 2 mg/L Na2SO4) and the sixth treatment (5 mg/L-ALA + 2 mg/L Na2SO4 GA3 + 10 mg/L GA3 + 15 mg/L CPPU) could significantly improve the net photosynthetic rate of jujube plants and excessively prevent water loss by transpiration,meanwhile,they also could not only regulate stomatal conductance of jujube leaves but also reduce the stomatal limitation of it.At later growth stages of jujube,we could use advantages of 5-ALA and CPPU to buffer adverse effect of high concentration of gibberellin on jujube,it had the feasibility of realistic significance.
