为探索适宜在半干旱风沙区进行种植的苜蓿(Medicago sativa)品种,在宁夏中卫市东园镇瑞应村进行引种试验.从7个苜蓿品种的根长、根重、株高、主枝侧枝数、茎叶比、干鲜比、产草量等方面进行比较研究.结果表明:①甘农4号紫花苜蓿株高、茎叶比、干鲜比均较大,且显著高于其他供试苜蓿品种(P<0.05);鲜草产量则是甘农8号最大,且与株高、主技侧枝数存在明显的相关性;②主成分分析显示,根长、鲜根重、株高和主枝侧枝教对紫花苜蓿的综合生长性状影响较大;③隶属函数综合评价结果表明,甘农3号、甘农4号的得分比较高,各项指标和性状较好,是中卫市瑞应村适合种植的苜蓿品种;皇后的生产性能较差,不适宜在该地区建植多年生牧草地.
Preliminary Evaluation of Alfalfa Introduction Based on Principal Component Analysis and Subordinate Function
In order to explore the suitable planted varieties in semi-drought and sandy area of Alfalfa(Medicago sativa),the introduction experiment was conducted in Zhongwei city of Ruiying village.A comparative study of the 7 Alfalfa Varieties on root length,root weight,height,number branch ttunk,stem weight/leaf weight,dry weight/fresh weight,grass yield and other aspects was done.The results showed that:(i) Gannong No.4 alfalfa plant height,SW/LW,DY/FY were large,and significantly higher than the other tested varieties of Alfalfa (P < 0.05);Fresh yield was Gtunon on the 8th maximum,and there was a significant correlation with plant height,number branch trunk;(ii) Principal component analysis showed that root length,fresh root weight,height and number branch trunk of alfalfa had greater impact on overall growth traits;(iii)The subordinate function of comprehensive evaluation results showed that the gannong No.3,gannong No.4 high score,the better indicators and character,was suitable for planting in Zhongwei city of Ruiying village;Queen's weakest performance,not suitable for planting perennial grassland construction in the area.
