云南干热河谷区不同促花措施对柠檬春花果的调控效应

以盛果期费米耐劳柠檬树为材料,研究不同促花抑梢调控方式对云南干热河谷区柠檬春花果产量及果实品质的影响.结果表明:不同促花抑梢处理新梢数量均低于CK,抑梢效果显著;坐果率和产量以C3处理最高,除C2处理外,其他处理与CK相比,差异显著;可溶性固形物以C3处理最低,仅8.18%,除皮厚外,Vc、可滴定酸、可溶性固形物含量、汁重等比CK低,差异显著;C4处理Vc、可滴定酸、可溶性固形物含量、皮厚、汁重和CK相比,差异均不显著.综合考虑柠檬产量及品质,C4(喷施0.4%KH2PO4+ 0.2%PP333)促花调控措施较适合云南干热河谷区.
Regulation Effect of Spring-flowering Lemon Treated with Flower Bud-inducing Methods in Dry-hot Valleys in Yunnan
The femminello lemon at prosperous fruit stage was used as material to study the effects of flowering regulation with different flower bud-inducing methods on the yield and quality of spring-flowering lemon in dry-hot valleys in Yurnan.The results showed that the number of new shoot was inhibited significantly with different flower bud-inducing methods compared with the control(CK).C3 (PP333) had the highest fruit setting percentage and yield per plant,sad it was significant difference compared with the control except C2 treatment.The soluble solid of C3 treatment was the lowest,8.18 % and the vitamin C content,titratable acid,soluble solids and fruit juice weight were lower than that of CK tretment except peel thickness,no significant difference.C4(sprsying 0.4 % KH2PO4 + 0.2 % PP333) was the best treatment to consider the yield and quality of in dry-hot valleys in Yunnan.
