Grey Correlation Degree between Ecological Factors and Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco in Typical Tobacco Growing Areas
[Objective]The present paper aimed to understand the correlation degree between the quality of flue-cured tobacco and the main ecological factors in typical flue cured tobacco-growing areas,and provide a theoretical support for tobacco production.[Method] Through collecting typical flue-cured tobacco samples related meteorological data were selected and the correlation between chemical composition and sensory quality of flue cured tobacco and meteorological and soil factors in typical tobacco growing areas by grey relational grade were analyzed.[Result] (i) For Ning'er,Huili and Hongta:the average temperature increased initially and then decreased slightly in the early stage of the growth period;the average relative humidity fertility rate increased and then stabilized;the rainfall amount reached the maximum in the medium of maturity;and the precipitation in the three places was more in the early growth period;in the early days,the early sunshine was low,and the three places reached the lowest sunshine in the early stage of maturity;the temperature difference showed a slight increase after the first drop;the average temperature were slighdy decreased in the early stage of the growth period of flue-cured tobacco;the sunshine was abundant in the early stage of the growth period,and the late stage of the growth period was low,and the lowest sunlight was reached in the early stage of growth;the temperature difference showed a slight increase in the state after the first rise.(ii) The grey incidence of Cation exchange capacity with total sugar,reducing sugar,salt and nicotine was the highest,effective boron and chlorine content in tobacco leaves,highest effective iron and potassium in tobacco leaves grey incidence was the highest,chlorine and starch content highest grey relation;Effective boron and tobacco aroma,concentration of aroma,sweet temperament,and stimulating momentum and sensory evaluation of grey correlation,the highest total score of mixed gas and the soil water soluble chloride,highest degree of clean and moist feeling with effective phosphorus highest correlation.(iii)The correlation between the total sugar and the temperature difference was the highest,and the correlation degree between the reducing sugar and the starch and the average relative humidity was the highest,and the nicotine,chlorine and potassium were the highest in the sunshine hours;the concentration,irritation,the correlation between the total score of sensory quality and the average relative humidity was the highest,and the correlation degree was the highest with the sunshine hours,the highest degree of aroma and average temperature,and the highest degree of wetness and temperature difference.[Conclusion] From the aspects of meteorological factors,the Hongta and Ning'er are suitable for the production of high quality flue cured tobacco leaves;the relative humidity and sunshine hours had a higher effect on the flue-cured tobacco leaves;and the effects of different nutrients on soils were different,and the effect of soil available boron was significant.
