Tobacco Planting Soil of Calcium and Magnesium Content Exchange and Influence on Calcium and Magnesium Content in Tobacco Leaves
[Objective] The study aims to investigate the distribution of exchangeable calcium and magnesium contents and the distribution of calcium and magnesium in different types of soils in Qujing tobacco-growing areas and the relationship between soil and leaf calcium and magnesium to provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the local balance of calcium and magnesium fertilizer.[Method] The contents of exchangeable calcium and magnesium in four types of tobacco soils and the contents of calcium and magnesium in flue-cured tobacco leaves were studied, and the interrelationships between them were analyzed.[Result] The average contents of four types of soil exchangeable calcium were new product soil 3180.75 mg/kg (2918.71 mg/kg) > purple soil (2918.71 mg/kg) > red soil (2295.10 mg/kg) > paddy soil (2295.10 mg/kg),and the average contents of four types of soil exchangeable magnesium were purple soil (453.42 mg/kg) > new product soi1(388.23 mg/kg) > paddy soil (288.30 mg/kg) > red soi1(262.04 mg/kg);There were significant differences in exchangeable calcium and magnesium contents in red soil, paddy soil, new soil and purple soil,Soil exchangeable calcium content is very rich, exchangeable magnesium content is rich, exchange of calcium, magnesium less than the appropriate proportion of the sample;Different soil types of exchangeable calcium, magnesium and pH,organic matter and a large number of nutrients between the different; There were no significant differences in calcium and magnesium contents in the leaves of different types of soils, while the contents of calcium and magnesium in the lower leaves and other parts were significantly different.[Conclusion] With the increase of soil exchangeable calcium and magnesium, the content of calcium in the lower leaves increased and the magnesium content decreased.
