[目的]研究香水月季复合群花香成分,为香水月季品种的选育及利用提供实验依据.[方法]采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)和气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)技术分析了香水月季复合群(Rosa odorata complex)盛开期花瓣的花香成分.[结果]从香水月季复合群中共鉴定出56个化合物,不同变种间花香成分存在较大的差异.其中香水月季原变种的主要香气成分是醇类化合物,含量最高的是苯乙醇;大花香水和粉红香水月季的主要香气成分是芳香烃类,含量最高的是3,5-二甲氧基苯;桔黄香水月季的主要成分是芳香烃类和萜烯类,含量最高的是1,3,5-三甲氧基苯.[结论]香水月季复合群不同变种间的花香成分差异显著.研究结果明确了这一类重要蔷薇资源为现代月季培育提供的花香成分,同时可为花香代谢途径关键酶基因的克隆、调控及利用提供理论依据.
Analysis of Volatile Components from Rosa odorata Complex by SPME-GC/MS
[Objective] The present paper aims to understand the volatile components of R.odorata complex and provide experimental evidences for its full utilization.[Method] Volatile components in flower petals of R.odorata complex were determined by the methods of headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GC-MS).[Result] 56 volatile components were identified from Rosa odorata complex.By volatile components analysis of different varieties,it was found that the main aroma components of R.odorata var odorata were alcohols and the content of phenylethyl alcohol was the highest.The main volatile components of R.odoratavar var gigotea and R.odorata var odorata were aromatic hydrocarbons,and their contents of 3,5-Dimethoxytoluene were the highest The main volatile components of R.odorata var pseudoindica were aromatic hydrocarbons and terpenes,and the content of 1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene was the highest.[Conclusion]The volatile components were significantly different among R.odorata complex.The results provided a foundlarion for understanding different aromatic components in R.odorata complex and cloning significant scented gene and theoretical basis for molecular regular mechanism of scent compounds in roses.
