Analysis of Volatile Components from Rosa odorata Complex by SPME-GC/MS
[Objective] The present paper aims to understand the volatile components of R.odorata complex and provide experimental evidences for its full utilization.[Method] Volatile components in flower petals of R.odorata complex were determined by the methods of headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GC-MS).[Result] 56 volatile components were identified from Rosa odorata complex.By volatile components analysis of different varieties,it was found that the main aroma components of R.odorata var odorata were alcohols and the content of phenylethyl alcohol was the highest. The main volatile components of R.odoratavar var gigotea and R.odorata var odorata were aromatic hydrocarbons, and their contents of 3,5-Dimethoxytoluene were the highest The main volatile components of R.odorata var pseudoindica were aromatic hydrocarbons and terpenes, and the content of 1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene was the highest.[Conclusion]The volatile components were significantly different among R.odorata complex. The results provided a foundlarion for understanding different aromatic components in R.odorata complex and cloning significant scented gene and theoretical basis for molecular regular mechanism of scent compounds in roses.
