四川省农业高质量发展与耕地利用效率时空耦合及机制

[目的]研究四川省农业高质量发展与耕地利用效率时空耦合特征及影响机制,以期为促进两大系统协调发展和提升全省农业高质量发展水平提供科学依据.[方法]以四川省21个市(州)为研究对象,运用综合评价法、超效率DEA模型、核密度估计、耦合协调度模型、地理探测器等方法对2011-2021年四川省农业高质量发展与耕地利用效率时空耦合特征及影响机制展开研究.[结果]①四川省农业高质量发展水平与耕地利用效率均有所提升,农业高质量发展水平空间上整体由单极向多极演变,形成"成都平原最优,外围分级镶嵌"的格局,耕地利用效率空间分布与农业高质量发展水平具有趋同性,形成"以成都、雅安、德阳、眉山为核心的高效率大面积隆起区,攀枝花为极核,外围分级塌陷"的格局.②四川省农业高质量发展水平与耕地利用效率耦合协调度由0.526增加至0.704,协调效应逐渐增强,整体经历了"勉强协调、初级协调、中级协调"3个层次变化,从时间变化来看,全省大致经历了"发展、滞后、提升"3个时期,从空间变化来看,成都率先步入优质协调阶段,其次为雅安和攀枝花,绵阳、德阳、眉山、乐山、内江步入良好协调阶段,而甘孜州、阿坝州、凉山州仍处于失调阶段.③农业规模化程度的驱动力逐年增强,成为影响作用最显著的驱动因子,资源消耗强度和农业经济协调指数的驱动力也有所提升,而城镇化水平、机械化水平的驱动力有所减弱.[结论]推进农业规模化经营,降低资源消耗对促进农业高质量发展与耕地利用效率协调发展具有一定的积极作用.此外,全省应该在稳定现有耕地规模,努力实现耕地数量不减少、质量有提高的基础上合理推进城市化发展.
Spatio-temporal coupling and mechanism of high-quality agricultural development and cultivated land use efficiency in Sichuan province
[Objective]The present paper aimed to study the spatio-temporal coupling characteristics and influencing mechanism of high-qual-ity agricultural development and cultivated land utilization efficiency in Sichuan province,so as to provide a scientific basis for promoting the coordinated development of the two systems and improving the high-quality agricultural development level of Sichuan province.[Method]Tak-ing 21 cities and prefectures in Sichuan province as the research objects,the spatio-temporal coupling characteristics and influencing mecha-nisms of high-quality agricultural development and cultivated land use efficiency in Sichuan province from 2011 to 2021 were studied by en-tropy method,super-efficiency DEA model,kernel density estimation,coupling coordination model and geographic detector.[Result](i)The high-quality agricultural development level and cultivated land utilization efficiency in Sichuan province improved,and the overall spatial evolution of high-quality agricultural development level changed from unipolar to multipolar,forming a pattern of'Chengdu Plain being the best,peripheral graded mosaic',the spatial distribution of cultivated land utilization efficiency and the high-quality agricultural development level had convergence,forming a pattern of'high-efficiency large-area uplift area with Chengdu,Ya'an,Deyang and Meishan as the core,Panzhihua as the polar core,and the peripheral hierarchical collapse'.(ii)The coupling coordination between the high-quality development level of agriculture and the efficiency of arable land utilization in Sichuan province increased from 0.526 to 0.704,and the coordination effect gradually increased.The whole experienced three levels of changes of'reluctant coordination,primary coordination,and intermediate coordination'.From the perspective of time changes,the province roughly experienced three periods of'development,lag and improve-ment'.From the perspective of spatial changes,Chengdu took the lead in entering the stage of high-quality coordination,followed by Ya'an and Panzhihua.Mianyang,Meishan,Leshan and Neijiang entered a good coordination stage,while Ganzi Prefecture,Aba Prefecture and Li-angshan Prefecture were still in a disorder stage.(iii)The driving force of agricultural scale increased year by year,becoming the most sig-nificant driving factor,resource consumption and agricultural economic coordination index driving force also improved,while the driving force of urbanization level and mechanization level weakened.[Conclusion]Promoting large-scale agricultural management and reducing resource consumption have a certain positive effect on promoting high-quality agricultural devlopment and coordinated development of farmland utiliza-tion efficiency.In addition,the province should reasonably promote urbanization development on the basis of stabilizing the scale of existing cultivated land and striving to achieve no reduction in the quantity of cultivated land and improvement in quality.
