不同益生菌对亚东鲑生长性能和生化指标的影响

[目的]旨在探讨饲料中添加不同益生菌对亚东鲑(Salmo trutta)生长性能、消化酶活性和血清生化指标的影响.[方法]选择初始体质量为(84.57±1.83)g的亚东鲑鱼种630尾,随机分成7组,每组3个平行,每个平行30尾.对照组投喂基础饲料,实验组分别添加不同益生菌(酵母菌、EM菌、乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、复合芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌)至基础饲料,饲养3个月.[结果]添加不同益生菌对亚东鲑都具有促生长作用,试验组体长增长率、增重率、特定生长率、食物转化率和摄食率等指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05,下同);与对照组相比,试验组肝胰脏蛋白酶、肠道蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶均升高,其中EM菌组最高,显著高于其他各试验组;与对照组相比,酵母菌组血清中过氧化氢酶活性显著升高,总蛋白、甘油三酯、葡萄糖、超氧化物歧化酶、酸性磷酸酶、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、补体C3和溶菌酶指标差异不显著(P>0.05),而其他菌组之间均有不同程度影响.[结论]综合考虑存活率、生长特性、消化酶活性和血清生化指标,添加EM菌对亚东鲑健康养殖效果较好.
Effects of different probiotics on growth performance and biochemical indicators of Salmon trutta
[Objective]The present paper aimed to compare the effects of adding different probiotics in feed on the growth performance,diges-tive enzyme activity and serum biochemical indicators of Salmon trutta.[Method]630 S.trutta with an initial body weight of(84.57±1.83)g were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into 7 groups,with 3 parallel fish in each group and 30 parallel fish in each group.The control group was fed with basic feed,while the experimental group was supplemented with different probiotics(Saccharomyces,EM bacte-ria,Lactobacillus,Bacillus subtilis,compound Bacillus,B.licheniformis)to the basic feed for three months.[Result]The indicators related to growth,digestion and serum biochemistry were measured and analyzed.The results showed that adding different probiotics had a growth pro-moting effect on the S.trutta.The average body length growth rate,average body weight growth rate,specific growth rate,food conversion rate and feeding rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05,the same as below);Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed an increase in liver pancreatic protease,intestinal protease,lipase,and amylase,with the EM bacteria group having the highest level,significantly higher than the other experimental groups;The activity of catalase in serum of yeast was significantly increased compared to the control group,while there was no significant difference in total protein,triglycerides,glu-cose,superoxide dismutase,acid phosphatase,glutamic oxalate transaminase,glutamic pyruvate transaminase,complement C3 and lysozyme in-dicators(P>0.05),while other bacteria had varying degrees of influence among the experimental groups.[Conclusion]Taking into account survival rate,growth characteristics,digestive enzymatic activity and serum biochemical indicators,the addition of EM bacteria has a good effect on the healthy breeding of S.trutta.
