Effects of combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers on microbial community characteristics and environmental factors in tobacco-planting soil
[Objective]The paper aimed to clarify the response characteristics of soil microbial community to fertilization measures, the differ-ence of soil microbial community structure and its correlation with physical and chemical indexes under the condition of organic-inorganic fer-tilizer application were discussed.[Method]Through field experiments, three treatments were established:L1(CK)(conventional fertiliza-tion),L2(800 g/plant organic fertilizer+conventional fertilization),and L3(1200 g/plant organic fertilizer+conventional fertilization).High-throughput sequencing technology was used to determine and analyze the 16S rRNA of bacterial community and ITS of fungi.Redun-dancy analysis was used to establish the correlation between microbial community and soil environmental factors.[Result]The combined ap-plication of organic-inorganic fertilizers increased the diversity index of soil bacteria and fungi, and the Shannon index of soil bacteria in-creased by 12.99% -13.22% and soil fungi increased by 0.35% -6.67% .Simpson index of soil bacteria increased by 4.91% -5.72% ,and soil fungi increased by 0.42% -2.48% .The community structure and composition of soil bacteria and fungi were changed, and the abundance of beneficial bacteria such as Proteobacteria,Sphingomonas and Pseudomonas increased. The combined application of or-ganic and inorganic fertilizers increased the contents of soil mineral-bound organic matter and light fraction organic matter, and the soil micro-bial biomass C/N ratio decreased with the increase of organic fertilizer application.Redundancy analysis showed that soil available nutrients and mineral-bound organic matter were positively correlated with Sphingomonas and unidentified Rhodanobacteraceae.FAPROTAX analysis showed that the combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers improved the functions of nitrite respiration, urea decomposition and nitrification of soil bacterial community.FUNGuild analysis showed that the relative abundance of pathotrophic fungi in the soil with organic-inorganic fertilizer was significantly reduced.[Conclusion]The combined application of organic-inorganic fertilizers improved the biological function composition of soil microorganisms, promoted the reproduction of eutrophic microorganisms and beneficial microorganisms, and helped to regulate soil physical and chemical properties and promote the accumulation of soil mineral-bound organic matter, which played an important role in improving soil quality.
