Policy Evolution and Optimization of National Planning Textbooks Construction for Vocational Education:From the Perspective of Publishing
As a type of education with the same important status as general education,the teaching material construction system of vocational education is an organic part of the high-quality teaching material system with Chinese characteris-tics.Since the 21st century,China's Ministry of Education has organized five rounds of application and selection of na-tional planning textbooks for vocational education.Taking these five rounds of national planning textbooks construction policies for vocational education as the research object,this research finds that they have the characteristics of strength-ening the top-level design,refining the management of the whole process,strengthening the power of the state,intensif-ying the ideological and political efforts of the curriculum,forming an overall construction,and promoting the organic connection of textbooks.In developing vocational education textbooks,there are some problems,such as further devel-opment of the ideological and political efforts in the compilation and implementation of textbooks,teaching material theory research lagging behind practice and uneven publishing level of textbooks.As one of the indispensable subjects in the construction of vocational education textbook system,publishers should adapt to policy changes,and focus on crea-ting high-quality textbooks from the following four aspects:clarifying their own functions as a"gatekeeper",promoting textbook research as a"leader",facilitating multi-party interaction to play the role of"binder",strengthening the sense of responsibility and improving the quality of textbook editing,so as to contribute to the construction of high-quality teaching material system.
