数字劳动中的资本逻辑与异化扬弃

摘要
数字劳动异化是数字资本主义发展的必然趋势和难以回避的现实议题,数字技术则构成了数字时代劳动异化和剩余价值剥削的社会基石.基于马克思劳动价值论对数字劳动内含的资本剥削逻辑加以探察,是回答这一时代之问的必由之路.总的来说,数字技术异化为资本控制和价值剥削的手段,是加速和强化数字劳动异化的直接原因,而数字劳动异化也反过来加强了数字技术的资本化应用.事实上,数字技术作为资本控制和奴役劳动者的工具,除了体现在对劳动者的劳动产品、劳动活动以及劳动者本身的控制,数字资源圈占与数字垄断也成为资本强化其价值剥夺与权力主导地位的又一社会必然.虽然科学技术在应用中的反劳动面向对工人阶级造成了更为深刻的困境与苦难,但是科学技术同样可以作为解放人类的手段,为自由王国的建立和再生产提供条件.因此,从数字技术审思批判出发,建立健全数字劳动法律规范与数据财产分配体系、规范应用数字技术以限制平台垄断、弘扬先进文化和保障意识形态安全以引领精神文明建设、引导数字技术助力人类劳动解放,是扬弃数字劳动异化和推进社会主义现代化建设的可靠途径.
Abstract
Digital labor alienation is an inevitable trend and an unavoidable realistic issue in the development of digital capitalism,and digital technology constitutes the social cornerstone of labor alienation and surplus value exploitation in the digital age.A critical examination of capital exploitation inherent in digital labor,drawing from Marx's labor theory of value,is imperative to address the exigencies of this epoch.In essence,digital technology serves to accelerate and for-tify the direct causes of labor alienation as a means for capital control and exploitation,thereby reinforcing its capitaliza-tion.As an instrument for controlling and exploiting workers,digital technology not only impacts labor products,activi-ties,and workers themselves but also leads to digital resource occupation and monopoly as a mechanism for bolstering capitalist dominance.Although science and technology impose profound hardship on the working class,they also serve as tools for human liberation while creating conditions conducive to establishing a free society.Therefore,starting from the review and criticism of digital technology,it is a reliable way to set up and improve digital labor legal norms and da-ta property distribution system,standardize the application of digital technology to limit platform monopoly,promote advanced culture and guarantee ideological safety to lead the construction of spiritual civilization,and guide digital tech-nology to help human labor liberation.This approach provides a reliable means to eliminate alienation in digital labor and promote the construction of socialist modernization.
