Since the beginning of the new century,the main line of strengthening teaching forces in China has been cen-tering around the subject of"educators",which has been carried out at both the practical and spiritual levels.With the call of"educators running schools"as a symbol,the construction of high-quality teaching forces in China has gone through a gradient development course of standardizing and improving the construction of high-quality teachers,promo-ting and improving the creation of high-quality and professional teachers,and reforming and innovating to create high-quality,professional and innovative teachers.By improving the quality of the teaching force through the construction of teachers'ethics,promoting the standardized development through the standard system,enhancing the overall quality through comprehensive management,making up for the weaknesses and shortcomings through integrated planning,en-hancing the digital literacy through technological empowerment,and stimulating the vitality through an open system,China has made remarkable achievements in strengthening the high-quality teaching forces.It also deeply reflects China's basic experience in constructing the high-quality teaching forces,that is,adhering to the principle of people-cen-teredness,strengthening teachers to fulfill the mission of providing satisfactory education to the people;paying attention to the strategic layout,constructing the institutional system of the teaching force with the medium-and long-term de-velopment plan;taking the problem-oriented approach;exploring the mechanism of supply and demand for the construc-tion of the teaching force with precise governance;working closely towards the aim of building a country strong in edu-cation and promoting the construction of shared community of teachers.In the new journey,we should adhere to the"educator spirit"as the leading principle,create an atmosphere of respect for teachers,aim at key indicators,deepen the reform of the management system,and continue to promote the construction of high-quality teachers.
