自然降温过程中栀子叶片脱落酸,赤霉素与低温半致死温度的关系

实验以人工栽培的栀子为材料,研究了其叶片低温半致死温度及脱落酸,赤霉素随气温下降的变化.结果表明,低温半致死温度降低的同时,脱落酸含量上升,赤霉素含量下降,尤其值得引起关注的是脱落酸含量与赤霉素含量的比值(记为k)的变化表现出与低温半致死温度更密切的关系(R=-0.992 0).因此在抗寒锻炼中不同激素间的配比和平衡调节比单一类型激素的变化更为重要.k的增大与抗寒性加强关系极其密切.
The Relation Between Abscisic Acid, Gibberellic Acid and Semilet halTemperature of Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis Leaves as Temperature Fell
The changes of the semilethal temperature and Abscisic acid,Gibberellic acid in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis leaves as temperature fell wore investigated. The res ults showed that with temperature decreased, levels of endogenous hormone change d obviously,such as the increase of the content of Abscisic acid,and the decreas e of Gibberellic acid. E specially the change of Abscisic acid/Gibberellic acid was worthy of much attent ion,for the close correl ation betwwn the ratio and semilethal temperature(R=-0.992 0). So we consid ered that blending and balance of hormone were much more critical than single ho rmone in low temperature acclimation.
