Effects of Different Fertilization Methods on Growth and Nutrient Uptake of Flue-cured Tobacco
Plant experiment was conducted to study the effects of different fertilization methods on growth and nutrient uptake of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that significant difference of growth and nutrient uptake of flue-cured tobacco was found among different fertilization methods;Treatment A (NPK+ cattle manure),had the best agronomic characters, the highest dry matter accumulation and concentrations and uptake of N,P and K.The concentrations and uptake N,P and K of flue-cured Tobacco in Treatment A reached to a maximum of stability which were by 1.96%,0.25%,4.82% and 0.65,0.083,1.597g/ plant. The mixed application of NPK fertilizer and cattle manure (treatment A) could evidently increase the growth and nutrient uptake of flue-cured Tobacco. Both supplying farmyard manure and boric fertilizer could increase the concentration of boron in organs of tobacco, especially in D (NPK+ high boron).
