摘要

目的:优化雪胆口服液制备工艺.方法:以雪胆甲素为评价指标,采用正交设计优化口服液提取工艺并考察所制备样品的稳定性.结果:最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度60℃,提取时间4h,提取次数4次,料液比1∶8,在此条件下制得口服液中雪胆甲素含量最高为10.56 mg/mL .结论:雪胆口服液制备方法简单且产品质量稳定;雪胆甲素含量测定方法灵敏度高、专属性强、重现性好.

Abstract

To optimize preparation of Xuedan Oral Liquid ,the preparation of Xuedan Oral Liquid has been optimized by orthogonal experiment with the content of Cucurbitacin in liquid as index ,and the stability was evaluated .The optimal extracting technology conditions as follows :the materials have been extracted four times under temperature 60℃ at solid-liquid ratio (1∶8) ,and each extraction took 4 hours in 95%ethanol solution .Under that conditions ,the maximum concentration of Cucurbitacin is 10 .56 mg · mL -1 . It is concluded that the preparation process is stable and feasible ,and the product quality stable .The meth-od is sensitive ,specific ,accurate and reliable with good repeatability for determination of Cucurbitacin .
