重庆市校园足球教练员发展的困境与路径研究

摘要
通过对重庆市中小学从事校园足球教学与训练的教练员进行问卷调查,以及对我国青少年足球发展领域专家进行访谈,分析了重庆市校园足球运动开展中教练员的基本情况、发展困境以及存在的问题,针对这些问题,提出合理的建设意见,旨在为重庆乃至全国有针对性地加强和改进校园足球运动的发展和有效的科学决策提供理论依据,从而振兴中国的足球事业.
Abstract
Based on a questionnaire survey made among football teaching coaches in Chongqing primary and middle schools and on interviews with experts in adolescent football development, this paper analyzes the current situation of football teaching coaches and the dilemma and challenges they are faced with.A few constructive suggestions are put forward so as to promote campus football development and popularize football, and lay a solid basis for scientific policy-making and revitalize Chinese football.
