手持技术在高中化学探究实验中的应用——基于Fe2+-邻二氮菲显色法测定市售饮料中的Vc

以高中化学选修六课题二"身边化学问题的探究之饮料的研究"为例,利用Fe2+-邻二氮菲(phen)显色反应,设计了基于手持技术测定饮料中维生素C(Vc)的探究型实验,考察了体系最佳反应条件,并进一步用于市售饮料中Vc质量浓度的测定 .该实验设计贴近生活,原理简单易懂,能极大激发和培养学生的学习兴趣和科学探究精神,为手持技术和高中化学实验教学的结合提供了参考 .
On Application of Hand-held Technology in High School Chemistry Inquiry Experiment——Determination of Vc in Commercial Beverages Based on Fe2+-phen Chromogenic Method
With the development of basic education curriculum reform ,the traditionally authenticating and qualitative chemistry experiments are gradually turned to be heuristic and quantitative ,which is the new experimental type .As a novel approach ,hand-held technology has been applied in the quantitative and multivariable research and used in the chemistry teaching of middle school .In the paper ,the issue of re-search on beverage in our life locates in the optional six-subject two of senior high school chemistry text-book ,which was chosen as an example for the application of the hand-held technology in the middle school chemistry education.Based on the chromogenic reaction of ferrous ion and phenanthroline ,an inquiry ex-periment has been designed for the measurement of Vitamin C(Vc) in the beverage using the hand-held method ,and investigated the influencing factors of the reaction system .The experimental design is appro-priate to life ,the principle is simple and easy to understand ,which greatly stimulates students'interest in learning and cultivates their science inquiry spirits .Thus ,we provide a reference for the application of hand-held technology in high school chemistry experimental education .
