卷烟设备在混合现实技术下的创新应用策略

为提升卷烟领域智能化管理,首先引入混合现实技术,并对HoloLens全息化投射头盔显示器进行分析;其次设计基于混合现实技术的卷烟设备运维可视化系统;最后将设计完成的混合现实技术卷烟设备运维可视化系统应用于实际中.结果表明,设计的基于混合现实技术的卷烟设备创新方法可行性良好,设备零部件之间的空间关系得到了完整展现;智能控制卷烟设备性能表现良好,但仍然有改进的空间,与人工干预下的设备管理效果还有一定距离.本研究得到了表现良好的混合现实技术的卷烟设备运维可视化系统,为卷烟厂全面智能化发展奠定了基础.
Innovative Application Strategies for Cigarette Equipment Under Mixed Reality Technology
To improve the intelligent management in the cigarette field.Firstly,the hybrid reality technology was introduced in this study,and the HoloLens holographic projection helmet display was analyzed.Secondly,the visualization system of ciga-rette equipment operation and maintenance based on hybrid reality technology was designed.Finally,the designed hybrid reality technology cigarette equipment operation and maintenance visualization system was applied to practice.The results show that the innovation method of cigarette equipment based on hybrid reality technology is practicable,and the spatial relationship be-tween equipment parts has been fully demonstrated;The performance of intelligent-controlled cigarette equipment is excellent,but there is still potential for enhancement,and there is still a certain distance from the equipment management under manual intervention.This study has developed a high-performance hybrid reality technology cigarette equipment operation and mainte-nance visualization system.It lays a foundation for the comprehensive intelligent development of cigarette factories.
