The construction of discourse ability of teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in the new era is the actual need of teachers to examine discourse capital,the intrinsic requirement of shaping discourse image,the pursuit of promoting the development of good teaching discourse,and the rational appeal of fighting against bad discourse trends.At present,the construction of discourse ability of teachers of ideological and political courses is faced challenges:the unclear logic of discourse content resulting in weak discourse logic;the old-fashioned discourse method resulting in damage in discourse image;the blurry attributes of discourse resulting in low discourse quality;lack of formal discourse feedback hindering the development of discourse relation.Currently,to build discourse capacity of teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,we need to sort out discourse content to ensure discourse power,to update discourse methods to improve discourse skills,to clarify discourse attributes to improve discourse efficiency,and to improve discourse feedback to enhance discourse empowerment.
