Civil-military Integration,Industrial Agglomeration and Regional Collaborative Innovation Performance——Based on the Interaction and Spatial Spillover Effect
Based on the spatial data analysis method, this paper analyzes the distribution pattern of civil-mili-tary integration, industrial agglomeration and regional innovation performance in China. The results show that all three have significant spatial autocorrelation,ie spatial spillover effect, and form agglomerated areas. There are high and low agglomeration " clubs" in different agglomeration areas. Based on the spatial econometric model, the paper empirically tests the impact of civil-military integration and industrial agglomeration on regional innovation perform-ance. It concludes that the nationwide civil-military integration and industrial agglomeration have a significant role in promoting regional innovation performance, with the biggest impact of civil-military integration in the western ar-ea and the biggest impact of industrial agglomeration in the eastern area. Meanwhile, there is a strong interaction between the two nationwide, and under the preemption of limited innovative factors of production resources, the two present an alternative effect. The interactions have an inhibitory effect on regional innovation performance in the eastern and the central regions. In the western region, the two exhibit complementary effects, which promote the re-gional innovation performance. Other influence factors are also analyzed.
