基于"四位一体"目标下高校体育教学改革与创新实践研究——以湖北科技学院为例

学校体育是实现立德树人根本任务、提升学生综合素质的基础性工程。习近平总书记就学校体育改革发展做出了一系列指示和批示,并亲自主持相关会议,提出了新理念新思想新观点,为学校体育改革提供了根本遵循和行动指南。新时代高校体育教学改革要围绕习近平总书记提出的"享受乐趣、增强体质、健全人格、锤炼意志"四位一体总目标,以"教会、勤练、常赛"为抓手,实施多元协同育人,全面培养学生的综合素质。以湖北科技学院为例,通过"教、练、赛、用"教学改革,强化运动技能学习和习惯养成,将课程思政融入体育教学实践,突出"以体育人",对提高学生教育教学实践能力,落实高校体育"立德树人"根本任务等具有重要意义。
Research on the Reform and Innovation of College Physical Education Teaching Based on the"Four in One" Goal——Take Hubei University of Science and Technology as an Example
School physical education is a basic project to realize the fundamental task of educating people and improve students' comprehensive quality. General Secretary XI Jinping has made a series of instructions on the re-form and development of school physical education,presided over relevant meetings,and put forward new ideas and concept,which provide fundamental guidance for school physical education reform. In the new era,the reform of physical education in colleges and universities should focus on the general goal of "enjoying fun,strengthening phy-sique,perfecting personality and tempering will" put forward by XI,and take "teaching,diligent practice and regu-lar competition" as the starting point,implement diversified collaborative education and comprehensively cultivate students' comprehensive quality. Taking Hubei University of Science and Technology as an example,the paper studies the reform in physical education in "teaching,training,competition and application". The reform strength-ens the study of sports skills and the formation of habits,integrates ideology education with physical education teach-ing,and highlights "cultivating people by physical training" to improve students physical health and implement the fundamental task of "cultivating people by virtue" in college physical education.
