Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Patients with Convalescent Cerebral Infarction in the Recovery Period with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine
Objective To study the clinical effect of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the recoveryperiod of cerebralinfarction. Methods A totalof60 patientswith cerebralinfarction were collected from a hospital and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group re-ceived ligstrazine hydrochloride injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine, while the control group received traditional Chinese medicine only. The NIHSS and Barthel scores, clinical efficacy, hemorheology indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results After 2 months of standardized treatment, the NIHSS and Barthel scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);the overall treatment effect(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05);the blood rheological indexes were lower(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion When treating patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery stage, the combined treatment regimen of ligustrazine hydrochloride injec-tion and traditional Chinese medicine can more effectively promote the recovery of patients'body functions, improve their condition, and has higher safety compared to the traditional single traditional Chinese medicine treatment method. It has broad promotion val-ue and application prospects in clinical practice.
