Effects of Diversified Group Interactive Health Education on the Blood Sugar Control Rate and Self-Management Ability in Diabetic Patients
Objective To explore the effects of diversified group interactive health education on the blood glucose(BG)compliance rate and self-management ability in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods The research samples were all from diabetic patients admitted to our hospital,a total of 80 cases, who were divided into groups according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group(40 cases)were given routine nursing+routine health education, while the patients in the observation group(40 cases)were given routine nursing+diversified group interactive health education. The changes in the levels of disease knowledge awareness, negative emotions,self-management ability, blood sugar and blood sugar control rate in the two groups were observed. Results After nursing, compared with the control group, the awareness rate of disease knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05),the levels of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05),the scores of SDSCA in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05),the levels of FPG,2h PG and HbA1 C in the observation group were significantly lower, and the blood sugar standard ratein the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of diversified group interactive health education in clinical treatment can improve the knowledge of di-abetic patients about the disease, effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients, and encourage them to actively cooperate with treatment and care, thereby improving their self-management ability, controlling blood sugar levels, and achieving significant nursing effectiveness.
