Evaluation of Respiratory Function and Safety of ICU Mechanically Ventilated Patients with Graded Pulmonary Rehabilitation Nursing Care Under the Risk of Aspiration Assessment
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of graded pulmonary rehabilitation nursing under the risk of as-piration on mechanically ventilated patients in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 146 patients with mechanical ventilation in the ICU of our hospital were selected and divided into a control group(conventional nursing)and an observation group(graded pulmonary rehabilitation management under aspiration risk assessment)according to the random number table meth-od,with 73 cases in each group. The respiratory indexes, lung function, perioperative indexes, complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, airway resistance(Raw),peak airway pressure(PIP),respiratory pressure(RP)and modified British Medical Research Council dyspnea scale(mMRC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the dynamic compliance(Cdyn)index was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05);the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)and FEV1/(FVC),forceful expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC ratio in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05);the mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the success rate of weaning was higher(all P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.37%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(10.96%),and the satisfaction rate of the nursing care of the observation group(95.89%)was higher than that of the control group(86.30%)(all P<0.05).Conclusion Graded pulmonary rehabilitation nursing care under aspiration risk assessment can effectively improve patients'respiratory and lung func-tions,shorten the rehabilitation time, and has high safety and satisfaction.
