全程精细化护理模式在自闭症谱系障碍患儿中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨全程精细化护理对自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿的临床效果.方法 选取某医院 130 例ASD患儿,其中65 例行常规护理作为对照组,另外65 例予以常规护理和全程精细化护理管理作为观察组,均持续6 个月.比较两组孤独症儿童行为量表(ABC)、孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)、自闭症儿童心理教育评估量表(第3 版)(PEP-3)和儿童自闭症评定量表(CARS)评分.结果 与干预前相比,干预后两组 ASD 患儿ABC、ATEC和CARS评分均下降,且对照组高于观察组(P均＜0.05);两种ASD患儿PEP-3 评分均升高,且对照组低于观察组(P均＜0.05).结论 通过全程精细化护理干预ASD患儿,有助于改善患儿语言障碍、社交障碍和刻板的兴趣取向等ASD核心症状,值得临床推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of whole-process refined nursing care on children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods A total of 130 children with ASD were selected from a hospital,65 children were received routine nurs-ing as the control group,and other 65 children were received routine nursing and refined nursing measures as study group.Both groups received continuous nursing for 6 months.The scores of Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC),Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist(ATEC),Psychoeducational Profile(Third Edition)(PEP-3)and Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)were com-pared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of ABC,ATEC and CARS in both groups were decreased,and the scores in control group were higher than those in study group(all P＜0.05).The PEP-3 scores of the children with both types of ASD were increased,and the control group was lower than the study group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The whole-process refined nursing care on children with ASD is helpful to improve the core symptoms of ASD such as language disorder,social disor-der and rigid interest orientation,and is worth to promote in clinic
