The Application of Whole-Process Refined Nursing Care in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Objective To explore the clinical effect of whole-process refined nursing care on children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods A total of 130 children with ASD were selected from a hospital,65 children were received routine nurs-ing as the control group,and other 65 children were received routine nursing and refined nursing measures as study group.Both groups received continuous nursing for 6 months.The scores of Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC),Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist(ATEC),Psychoeducational Profile(Third Edition)(PEP-3)and Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)were com-pared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of ABC,ATEC and CARS in both groups were decreased,and the scores in control group were higher than those in study group(all P<0.05).The PEP-3 scores of the children with both types of ASD were increased,and the control group was lower than the study group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-process refined nursing care on children with ASD is helpful to improve the core symptoms of ASD such as language disorder,social disor-der and rigid interest orientation,and is worth to promote in clinic
