海马在疼痛抑郁共病中的研究进展

海马是大脑中的一个重要区域,对于记忆、情绪以及应激反应具有重要作用.疼痛和抑郁在临床上常常共同出现,且疼痛经常会加重抑郁症状,反之亦然.海马的结构和功能改变被认为是疼痛抑郁共病的重要神经生物学机制.本文深入回顾了海马在抑郁症、慢性疼痛以及疼痛抑郁共病状态下的形态结构变化与神经化学物质的调整,这些研究成果不仅为我们洞悉疼痛抑郁共病的病理生理机制提供了新的视角,也为探索和开发针对此类疾病的新型治疗策略奠定了坚实的理论基础与思路启发.
Research Progress of Hippocampus in Pain and Depression Comorbidity
The hippocampus is an important region of the brain that plays a role in memory,emotions and stress respon-ses.Pain and depression often co-occur clinically,and pain often worsens depressive symptoms,and vice versa.Structural and functional changes in the hippocampus are considered to be important neurobiological mechanisms of pain and depression comor-bidity.This paper reviews the relationship between morphological and neurochemical changes in the hippocampus with depression,chronic pain and pain depression comorbidities.These studies provide a new perspective for understanding the pathophysiological mechanisms of pain and depression comorbidity,and provide the possibility for developing new treatment strategies.
