摘要
目的 分析益气和胃胶囊联合常规西药对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者胃肠功能、炎症介质等的影响.方法 回顾性分析2021年2月至2023年2月我院122例CAG患者资料,按1∶1配对原则分为对照组(奥美拉唑治疗)和观察组(益气和胃胶囊+奥美拉唑治疗),每组各61例.比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、胃黏膜病理评分、胃肠功能指标[胃动素(MTL)、表皮生长因子(EGF)、胃泌素(GAS)]、血清炎症介质[白介素(IL-6、IL-33)、肿瘤坏死细胞因子-α(TNF-α)].结果 治疗后观察组临床总有效率90.16％(55/61)高于对照组75.41％(46/61)(P＜0.05),萎缩、慢性炎症、活动性评分及中医证候主症、次症、总积分低于对照组(P＜0.05);与治疗前比较,两组GAS均降低,MTL、EGF均升高,且观察组更为显著(P＜0.05),观察组治疗后IL-6、IL-33、TNF-α降低幅度大于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 CAG患者采用益气和胃胶囊联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗效果显著,可减轻患者症状、抑制炎症反应,改善胃肠功能.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of Yiqi Hewei Capsule combined with conventional western medicine on gas-trointestinal function and inflammatory mediators in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods A retrospective anal-ysis was performed on the data of 122 patients with CAG in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023,and they were divid-ed into a control group(treated with omeprazole)andan observation group(treated with Yiqi Hewei Capsule+omeprazole)ac-cording to the principle of 1∶1 matching principle,with 61 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,gastric mucosal pathological scores,gastrointestinal function indexes[motilin(MTL),epidermal growth factor(EGF),gastrin(GAS)],and serum inflammatory mediators[interleukin(IL-6,IL-33),tumor necrosis cytokine-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 90.16％(55/61),which was higher than that of the control group(75.41％(46/61)(P＜0.05).The atrophy,chronic inflammation,activity scores,and the main and secondary symptoms of TCM syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with before treatment,GAS decreased in both groups,while MTL and EGF increased,and the levels in the observation group were more significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the decreases in IL-6,IL-33,and TNF-α in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of CAG patients with Yiqi Hewei Capsule combined with omeprazole enteric-coated capsule has a significant effect,which can reduce symptoms,inhibit inflammatory response,and im-prove gastrointestinal function.
