The big data age promotes the convenience of life and the rapid development of emerging industries,but the abuse of data beyond reasonable boundaries also poses a real threat to citizens'privacy.With the development of the big data age,the protection of personal privacy has changed from the traditional individual standard to the social standard,and the legal attribute of privacy should be redefined in the big data age.With the increasing emphasis on information protection,the value of privacy should be given the same attention as the right to personal information,criminal law should open up a new path for the protection of privacy in the big data age,we should adopt the dual-track criminal law protection mode of direct protection and indirect protection in parallel,reconstruct the criminal law definition of personal information and introduce the standard of"weak identifiability privacy",at the same time,we will continue to strengthen the active prevention of crimes against privacy,and adjust the criminal law to deal with the reality that citizens'privacy rights are violated at present.
