Disclosure of judicial documents have reputational impact.Judicial documents can function as reputational mechanism by reducing transaction costs,allocating the consequences of distrust,and improving incentives for trustworthiness.The mechanism includes the generation,storage,dissemination and verification of reputation information.Negative reputational consequences occurred.Appropriate norms should be set up to control consequences.The consequences of controlling reputation can be adjusted at the margin by controlling reputation information,choosing other alternative mechanisms,and non-disclosure.The analysis of the reputation impacts and normative control of three types of judicial documents.
