Effectiveness,Problems and Countermeasures of Environmental Justice in the Yangtze River Economic Belt
In the past eight years since the implementation of the development strategy for the Yangtze River Economic Belt,significant progress has been made in the environmental resource trial work:environmental resource cases have been tried fairly and efficiently,specialized institutions for environmental resource trials have been widely established,and the environmental resource trial system and mechanism have been continuously improved.Due to the short period of specialized environmental resource trials,the environmental resource trials in the Yangtze River Economic Belt still face problems and difficulties such as weak modern environmental justice concepts,imbalanced and insufficient specialized institutional construction,and the need to further promote the specialized mechanism of environmental justice.The standards and scales of adjudication are not unified,and the design of laws,regulations,and systems is not perfect.Next,courts in various regions of the Yangtze River Economic Belt need to further consolidate the concept of environmental justice in the new era,comprehensively promote innovation in the specialized system and mechanism of environmental justice,and continuously improve laws,regulations,and top-level design to achieve high-level judicial protection for the ecological environment of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
