Research on the Modernization of the People's Courts from the Perspective of"Fengqiao Experience"in the New Era
The rule of law is an important gurantee for China's Modernization.The modernization of people's courts is an important part of Chinese path to modernization and Chinese modernization of the rule of law.At present,there are still many practical problems in the modernization of the people's court,such as work philosophy,mechanism construction,functional positioning,and organizational ratio.It has not yet reached the target value of modernization and urgently needs to explore new construction paths.The Fengqiao People's Court,the birthplace of the"Fengqiao Experience",adheres to and develops the"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era.By building a leading brand in party building,exploring distinctive mediation methods,implementing governance linkage measures,and establishing a scientific evaluation mechanism,it has leveraged the grassroots advantages of the people's court and achieved a systematic of modernization of the people's courts concept,mechanism,function,and organization.Under the guidance of the important methodology of"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era,the modernization of people's courts should adhere to humanized governance as the main line,flexible governance as the starting point,and holistic governance as the basis.It should establish an active judicial concept,actively promote service methods,strengthen diversified collaborative governance,expand grassroots governance functions,optimize the structure of talent teams,and construct a scientific evaluation system.
