Research on coordination of multiple stakeholders in ecological animal husbandry under interest linkage mechanism
Ecological animal husbandry is an important industrial support for rural revitalization and an important way to realize agricultural modernization, improve the quality of rural life, and build a beautiful countryside.Exploring the collaborative interests of multiple stakeholders in ecological animal husbandry is of great value in building a fair, efficient, and sustainable ecological an-imal husbandry system.Field investigation and literature research methods were used to study the importance and main problems faced by the interest synergy of multiple stakeholders in ecological animal husbandry. The results show that the synergy of the in-terests of multiple stakeholders in ecological animal husbandry is conducive to promoting sustainable development, ensuring food safety, enhancing market competitiveness, and promoting technological innovation and innovative industrial development models. The main problems faced by the collaborative interests of multiple stakeholders in ecological animal husbandry include unreasona-ble distribution of benefits, information asymmetry, incomplete collaborative cooperation mechanisms, insufficient technical sup-port,environmental and ecological protection pressures, inadequate policy support, insufficient funding, imperfect regulatory sys-tems,incomplete risk sharing mechanisms, and incomplete education and training systems. This indicates that ecological animal husbandry urgently needs to break down barriers that hinder the coordinated interests of multiple stakeholders in order to achieve sustainable development. Finally, countermeasures for the development of ecological animal husbandry are proposed from the as-pects of improving the mechanism of interest linkage, strengthening information exchange and sharing, building a collaborative co-operation mechanism, building a technical support service system, adhering to environmentally friendly development, increasing policy support, increasing capital investment, improving regulatory systems, enhancing risk sharing mechanisms, and improving ed-ucation and training systems.
