摘要
光照是影响家禽生产力的重要环境因素之一.合理的间歇光照制度有助于提高家禽生产性能和繁殖性能,而连续长时间光照对家禽的生产性能、屠宰性能及动物福利有负面影响.综述了光照来源、光的波长、光照强度和光照节律对家禽生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫性能和繁殖性能等的影响研究进展,以期为家禽光照研究及生产应用提供理论参考依据.
Abstract
Light is one of the important environmental factors affecting poultry productivity.In this paper,the effects of light source,wavelength,intensity and rhythm on growth,slaughter,immune and reproductive performance of poultry were reviewed.LED(Light Emitting Diodes)is applicable for poultry production;short wavelength light could improve embryonic development,production performance,slaughter performance and muscle quality of poultry,while long-wavelength light mainly affects reproduc-tive performance,and the combined use of short-wavelength light is better than that of single use;high illumination intensity is harmful to poultry growth.A reasonable intermittent light system could improve poultry production and reproduction performance,while a continuous long-term light system is not good for the growth performance,slaughter performance and welfare.
